**JEREMY LEE GETS INTERVIEWED BY KCAL 9 NEWS TO BE AIRED TONIGHT @ 10PM!!

Perhaps the meet that started it all as a whole & throughout the West Coast, once again the EPIC return of the ORIGINAL Krispy Kreme Tuesdays took place at the Empire Center in Burbank.  Originated back in 2007, this event in particular which has attracted over thousands of TRUE die hard fans & enthusiasts of  the Southern California automotive lifestyle came out to showoff their rides.  All types of rides including trucks, bikes, classics, domestics, euros & imports cruised into Burbank anxiously awaiting their arrival to Krispy Kreme to find a parking spot and take part in the epic meet.  The meet continues to grow and rapidly expand the landscape of attendees filling the shopping center's parking lot.  Last night it was reported that over 3000+ cars filled the Empire Center where the meet surfaced as breaking news on KCAL9/CBS2.  The media dubbed the ORIGINAL Krispy Kreme Tuesdays Meet as a "Flash Mob Carshow" which by many who know of KKT as an industry gathering of all automotive fans & enthusiasts.  Last night the traffic had caused the road closure of the usual entrance into the Empire Center where many attendees had to take an alternate route to get into the meet.  Many of our friends/networks in the industry were in attendance last night including DJ Pow, Adams Motorsports Park, Aimgain US, 3T Motorsport, AA Autoworks, VIS Racing, Import Fashion, HIN, Colab, Blackwood, Dino Images, Yomen Media, JT Photography, CAME, Team Hate, Low N' Slow, Swift, Infamous, Elite AutoSports, 1Up, SDR, JDM Sport Models Lena Love & Jasmyn Skye, and Lee H of JDM Sport brought out the JDM Sport Project: Genes-X while Sal B of AdvanSpec cruised in with JDM Sport's Twin Turbo 370z.  Overall this meet turned out to be a success with the help of all supporters who came out!  See you at the next KKT meet!

Formula Drift (also known as FORMULA D amongst enthusiasts) started off the 9th season this past weekend! Kicking off the 1st round of action BACK in the Streets of Long Beach! That's right -- all the action takes place IN the streets of Long Beach! The same streets where the Grand Prix goes down each year! For those who don't know the course it's amazing how it is setup so these professional driver/drifters can test their skills and not place harm to patrons enjoying the event. The track basically outlines the Long Beach Convention Center steps away from the beach! Amazing back drop for such an exciting event! This year all drivers had the NEWLY done vehicles for 2012 showcasing NEW and RETURNING sponsors, cars, and graphics to stand out from the pack. And when the track went HOT ...the drift action was on!

Prior to the event even beginning the event had already sold out! Considering last year's FINAL ROUND at Irwindale, CA. (Toyota Speedway of Irwindale, CA.) was sold out, Formula Drift had anticipating this to happen! As we were lucky enough to be invited to go with the crew at JDM Sport and be their media to cover the SLAMMED SOCIETY Car Show presented by Fatlace - FORMULA DRIFT was part of the ticket! So with that being said - the PREVIEW day on Friday April, 6th was just as busy. Vendors like NOS Energy Drink, FALKEN, NITTO, HANKOOK, PASMAG, SCION RACING, and so many finished up their set-ups for their booths as drivers and their pit crews prepped for the big day on Saturday April 7th. Many fans who received the free passes from NOS came out and enjoyed a day of PRE-RUNS and Qualifiers as Drivers went head to head to see who would race on the big day! JDM Sport and their 20+ cars who entered the Slammed Society also enjoyed the PREVIEW day alongside friends/affiliates from BLK Diamond Auto Spa, PASMAG, NOS Energy Drink, amongst others of the AdvanSpec Network and stopped by to see the model friends Danielle Lo (who was an official HANKOOK Model), Natalia, Michelle Yee, Julie Mai, and the "BIG HOMIE" - BIG ABE!

At the end of the day QUALIFYING DRIVERS came down to Ryan Tuerck in the RETAKS S13 in the lead. Following him was Rhys Millen in the popular Hyundai Genesis. Vaughn Gittin took the VERY popular Monster Energy Ford Mustang into the next slot. Fans enjoyed watching their favorite drifters go head to head during the qualifying rounds and moreso when the events got intense in spinouts and crashes! One of which was Walker Wilkerson who spun out on BOTH qualifying runs! At the end of 19 FRESH drivers and rookies to the FD only 5 made the cut - including D1GP's Champ DAIGO Saito and XDC's champion Chelsea Denofa!

Another crowd favorite is the TANDEM BATTLES! Known to test the BEST of the BEST and weed the weak from the strong! The infamous "SANTA" wall of the Streets of Long Beach course is known to take out some of THE BEST! Victims of this year's runs including Darren McNamara in his top 32 battle and 2010's FD champ Vaughn Gittin Jr in his battle with Odi Bakchis (who sports the JDM Sport DRIFT BATTLE Steering Wheel!). The fight for 3rd place was fierce as Daigo Saito (D1GP Champ) took out fellow rookie Goerge Martanovic. Went on in a gruesome battle with Rhys Millen in the fan favorite Hyundai Genesis to come out on top and take out the veteran. And Daigo went on a final battle with Tyler McQuarrie to take the win to face off with defending champ Dai Yoshihara. Dai and Daigo went head to head but at the end and the dust (and tire smoke) settled - Dai came out on top!

The Final face-off came down to Dai Yoshihara (Defending Champ from Final Round in Irwindale, CA. from 2011) vs. Justin Pawlak (defending winner from last year's Streets of Long Beach FD event). Fans were on their feets cheering on their fav with so many enthusiasts split on who to cheer for! As the cars revved up and the ran began and just as fast as it started it had ended and the WINNER...Justin Pawlak who is the KING OF THE STREETS OF LONG BEACH yet again! Taking out Defending Champ - Dai Yoshihara! Congrats to Pawlak as he leads the Formula Drift drivers to Atlanta for the next round of the FD Series! Good luck to all drivers!

Back to the Slammed Society Car Show with the JDM Sport crew! The location was the same - right smack dab in the middle of the FD track course! Where you can catch the drift action while enjoying all the amazing SoCal show cars! However, this year, there were A LOT more cars from all over the U.S! SoCal crews definitely came out to represent and in a BIG WAY! Low N Slow crew (also representing with JDM Sport) showcased their entire squad on what being "LOW AND SLOW" is all about! Import Fashion (also representing with JDM Sport) brought out the infamous "GINA" - stanced and looking pretty in Pink and Gold with the buddy's WHITE Lexus (who won 1ST VIP Category)! Team NUISANCE's Mitsubishi EVO came out to represent as well as the WHITE S2K of HIN (who won 2nd SLAMMED category), 3T / AIMGAIN brought out the favorite YELLOW RX-7, Acura NSX, and Lexus IS300 (also representing with JDM Sport). JDM Sport brought out the notorious JDM Sport: Project Genes-X AND unveiled the JDM Sport Nissan 370Z JDM Sport TWIN-TURBO Edition! Vendors spotted included AirRunner, Eibach, Savini, JDM Sport, to name a few who represented in the car show side of FD! ALL cars from all facets of the SoCal car scene came out! American Muscle, Imports, Tuners, Euros, Classics, Bikes, Rukus, and more --and at the end only a FEW won the prized Slammed Society car show awards! Winners received a TEAL decal on their windshields! Congrats to all the winners and to the 2 vehicles who won representing our affiliates/friends at JDM Sport!

And no we did not forget about the models! JDM Sport brought out their sexy vixens and JDM Sport Hunnies - Brittani, Elyse, Jenna Lynn, Lena Love and new face Lovely & Marissa Hiroko for stopping by! 03.10.12 | The 2012 automotive show season in Southern California kicked off this past weekend with the inaugural return of Hot Import Nights. The tour which was originally scheduled at the Toyota Speedway bringing back "NIGHT SHIFT" was later moved to the Pomona Fairplex due to management changes at the Irwindale track only bringing the show portion of HIN to the indoor fairgrounds. XDC Round 1 would be rescheduled shifting over to Arizona at the Firebird Raceway. Regardless of the event & location changes, fans of the import automotive lifestyle still came out to support the scene & enjoy the SoCal show atmosphere. Our affiliates over at JDM Sport brought out few of their sponsored rides in collaboration with TEAM HATE/KaPu Motortrends & of course our lovely beautiful bombshells.

The lifestyle zone at JDM Sport attracted many attendees who had a chance to get special edition HINVASION postcards signed by their favorite JDM girls courtesy of Firm400 Magazine as well as apparel. JDM Sport fans stopped by the zone to checkout the latest products & accessories as well as purchasing the latest 2012 lifestyle collection of hats & shirts. Our lineup of ladies that made their appearance that evening included Lena Love, Brittani, Gina, Jenna Lynn, Carla Calderon, Caitlin Carleton & fresh new JDM Sport faces Maggie Phuc, & Molly Truong. Few lucky attendees & media had a chance to catch our beautiful vixen Elyse also making her appearance earlier during the start of HIN only to leave for a runway show hosted by HUSH Los Angeles the same night in San Diego.

HIN attendees flocked to the outside portion of the JDM Sport Lifestyle Zone where giveaways were taking place including tickets to the upcoming 2012 AND1 LIVE! Streetball Tour with its first stop at Cal State LA March 24th. Contests for the giveaways included the best pickup line on our roster of beautiful models as well as the ability to perform the classic worm dance move!!

The festivities headed back indoors where DJ AG rocked the HIN main stage during the fashion show portion followed by the Gogo Competition where beautiful models including Lena Love & Roxy Ayala took part in entertaining the crowd. JDM Sport sponsored rides from TEAM HATE took home several trophies during the HIN awards ceremony! 02.11.12 | The Monster Jam Tour made its initial stop again in Southern California where the JDM Sport x Firm400 x AdvanSpec Network took part in the festivities of last month's successful turnout at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. The Pit Stop Pre-Event at Dodger Stadium attracted loyal fans & many local Angelenos bringing their young ones to experience first hand the size of these active Monster Trucks doing damage in the stadiums and meeting the drivers.

Not only were there monster trucks & off road bikes present, the import lifestyle movement of JDM Sport brought out their lineup of sponsored cars in collaboration with positive automotive group Team Hate & the Low N' Slow Crew. The roster of import rides included the stanced out Nissan 350z & Infiniti G35 from the Low N' Slow Crew, 3T Motorsport's Yellow RX7, Ryan Babkok's Suzuki GSXR Bike decked out with amazing artwork, JDM Sport Sponsored Honda S2000 track car, the Pruitt family's award winning Scion "Hotbox" xB, & JDM Sport Project Genes-X were roped off for attendees to scope out during the meet & greet event. Of course with import cars there are models! JDM Sport beauties Jenna Lynn, Brittani, & Elyse made their appearance greeting fans & posing with the monster truck drivers. Driver Damon Bradshaw offered model Jenna Lynn to pose right inside of the Monster Energy Drink Truck where we had a chance to capture this shot of her sitting just right outside of the driver's side window. The gigantic "ROBOSAURUS" driven by Shawn Pacheco made its presence known at Monster Jam where the JDM Sport vixens posed in front of this car crushing beast and Metal Mulisha truck driver Brian Deegan took some time out of his meet & greet session for photos with the girls.

The actual Monster Jam would then follow right inside of Dodger Stadium where the JDM Sport crew & fans made their way to seating for the rest of the evening's Main Event!!

02.12.12 | Well its that time again! Show season returns in the Bay as NorCal's Premier Automotive Gathering of Weksos' Industries: "WEKFEST | SF: 2012" kicked off its annual run at Fort Mason. Last year's tour stop at the Queen Mary in Long Beach showcased the fusion of Northern & Southern California automotive lifestyles combined with an awesome staff running the event. So this year the Firm400 x JDM Sport x AdvanSpec Network decided to head on the road and support the festivities that took place in San Francisco.

Arriving at Fort Mason, the amazing turnout of attendees continued to grow as lines formed making WEKFEST | SF: 2012 look like an amusement theme park. As supporting media for our good SoCal friends at Low N' Slow Crew with member TMAC having his freshly stanced TSX on display inside the pavillion; Firm400 ventured inside NorCal's automotive gathering with very little elbow room to shoot for coverage due to its over capacity of attendees showing how supportive fans were of the scene up north & its continual growth.

It was a pleasure bumping into some of our friends in the SoCal scene that came out to support the event including the Import Fashion staff, Big ABE, TMAC of the Low N' Slow Crew, models Kristin Barcelona, Jackie Treadwell, Holly Lee, Tony from itsJDMyo, Sandra & the Wheelflip.com staff. Our new NorCal media affiliates over at "ReTrenders" wrapped up a special interview with our JDM Sport x AdvanSpec staff during WEKFEST. NOS Energy drinks kept the energy alive inside the pavillion with additional vendors/supporters including iClique, Canibeat, Fatlace, Platinum VIP, Heavy Hitters, VIP Modular Wheels, Rotiform, & Blox to name a few.

Few of our own featured models made their appearance at WEKFEST | SF: 2012 representing JDM Sport. Lovely Miss Brittani Paige, Lena Love, & beautiful vixen Elyse received much love from the NorCal scene & attendees during the premier Weksos event. One of our favorite models in the scene, Corissa Furr made her stop in the Bay to say hi during WEKFEST | SF: 2012. Also Jeri Lee, Justene Jaro, & Trinity Dang were among few familiar faces spotted at Fort Mason modeling for the cameras this past weekend.

On the automotive end, VIP/Stance rides were more present on the walls of the floorplan while tuning machines such as BISIMOTO's Prelude & others as well as classics were center row inside the halls of the pavillion. But overall, the event supporting the aftermarket automotive lifestyle in NorCal turned out to be a decent one. Hats off to the WEKFEST | SF: 2012 staff for putting on this event that continues to support the aftermarket automotive lifestyle up North! Keep up the good work!

There are events literally every day. From small meets, car shows, grand openings, and the announcements of NEW shows every weekend! This past weekend was Import Fashion's Import Showcase and we were there with JDM Sport to enjoy it!

Import fashion is known for great coverages of the many local events (like most car blogs/web sites). BUT they differentiate themselves by bringing some fashion flair to their coverages. You'll notice it as well through their personal vehicles ie. "GINA" HOT PINK G35 by AA Autoworks that is VERY well-known locally in So-Cal and not to mention in the automotive scene online around the world. The founder of not only Import Fashion but surely the creator of Import Showcase is Alvin P. a import enthusiast (as well as model enthusiasts) at heart. You probably know one of their models - need we mention Ela Passion? (Made Cover of the latest Performance and Sound Magazine PASMAG). Import Fashion is also well-known in the local VIP Scene as well being affiliated with very popular VIP car crews/clubs and company/organizations!

But onto Import Fashion's 1st (hopefully ANNUAL) Import Showcase. Alvin (founder) and his IF crew spent countless hours and sleepless nights prior to this event to make sure that all friends, fans, and supporters of the 1st Import Showcase had a great time. Careful planning, organizing, staffing, and pain staking hours of preparing the awards and laying out the floor plans at K1 Speed really showed. And all we can say is GREAT JOB! Roll-in was announced literally NIGHT-OF but we're sure not too many knew what that was but everybody knew the show started at 12PM. Our staff along with JDM Sport arrived at suggested roll-in time (before 11AM). Car Show participants and Vendors were greeted with the iF TEAM up front to register. You were then direct you to your designated locations. ON-SITE registration for car show participants was available BUT you could have also registered ONLINE as well to get a discount.

Vendors were few but definitely great big supportive vendors where there. Including NOS Energy Drinks, PASMAG, 3T Motorsports, Aimgain U.S. our friends at JDM Sport were there, Syndicate Customs, and a few other vendors who were their to enjoy the festivities.

While vendor support was limited there was a HUGE support from the So-Cal automotive / fashion scene. itsJDMYo came out to support as well as Fatlace. Not to mention local car crews including but not limited to Low N' Slow, BP VIP, AutoConceptz, TEAM Hate, Immaculate, amongst MANY others. There was also one REALLY incredible CUSTOM GXR Bike that was unveiled for the first time for show circuit which not too many knew of. It was the "Clown" Custom Paint and now WIDE REAR LIP/RIM Chrome Bike from TEAM HATE by owner Ryan "Showboat" Babkok. BIG Car shows had also came out to support that were seen including staff from HIN, Extreme Autofest, Motion, and SpoCom to name a few. And since this was IMPORT FASHION - there were a great amount of models. Obviously, the very popular Ms. Ela Pasion graced her presence for all her fans and the Import Showcase attendees representing her crew Import Fashion. Ms. Holly Lee also showed up near the end of the show taking plenty of photos with fans and in front of cars. JDM Sport also brought out their sexy quartet of ladies including Ms. Elyse, JennaLynn, Brittani, and Lena Love! All we can say is photographers and fans surely had a great time of taking photos all day & let's not forget our good friend BIG ABE & KUYA PROTECTION!!

MEDIA was also attended in masses as we saw favorites Night-Import, UM Works, Firm400, AdvanSpec, AutoEvents.com, EAF, Neurotic Minds, itsJDMyo, to mention just a few! Questions is where they there for the cars or models? Guess it's a choice of preference, right? But we definitely guarantee this event had GREAT media coverage so keep your eyes and ears on local social media and blogs for pictures and coverage!

The car show - had some major heavy hitters of the import scene - from VIP, STANCE, TUNER, and CUSTOM - you could find all types of rides there. Fans of car shows were not disappointed. Granted the lot was small BUT the cars that filled the K1 Speed lot made a great showing. Awards were also very FASHIONable! Trophies of all colors and sizes from 1FT to 4FT were later award at the end of the show to the winners which our affiliates at JDM Sport (www.Facebook.com/JDMSport) / Firm400 (www.Facebook.com/Firm400) will be posting on their Facebook Fan pages.

02.01.12 | The Boulevard Nightlife Group attracted locals throughout the Los Angeles area to attend Wednesday evening's DJ Battle @ SupperClub. Crowds were anxiously awaiting their turn to get inside the popular social venue where sound selectors DJ Julien Nolan & DJ D-Lur were scheduled for the evenings festivities. The electro/dance set playlist kept the crowd moving for the rest of the evening as confetti would fill the atmosphere inside with an added bonus of euro lighting & lasers. JDM Sport models Lena Love & Jenna Lynn attended last nights function where they had a chance to take pictures & chat with Apl.de.Ap; member of music mega group the Black Eyed Peas. Usually in Southern California, socialites in the industry would party during the week and continue work on weekends. In this case, industry week for attendees at the SupperClub continues to grow & remain as one of L.A.'s local hotspots. Special thanks to Sal, William, EZ, Al, Jenna, Lena & the rest of the Firm400 x JDM Sport x AA Autoworks x AdvanSpec Network who attended last night's gathering & made it a memorable one.
